Used OpenSCAD to design a captains wheel spinner.
For printing you'll want to take into account the dimensional accuracy as you want the bearings to be a tight fit. Scaling the model should help adjust to get a good fit, if it's a little loose you can use a bit of CA glue (superglue) to fix it in position. Note: Be careful not to get any glue on the bearing as you could seize it up.
