This is a canted rail that can be used with standard Picatinny rails, this can be used for mounting an optic to the left or right of your main optic.
It uses a standard M2.5 bolt to hold it in place however the tolerances are quite tight so friction might be enough with the lug installed.
I've made the top part thicker to reduce flexing and fixed the tolerances, its still a bit tight but much better. V3 has reduced tolerances for the canted rail.
