For a single extruder printer choose "single" and set a filament change at 2.8mm. I generally do a black backing and a blue or green detail as appropriate. For a dual extruder machine (eg Prusa Mk3S/MMU2S) you'll need both "fore" and "back" and combine them in PrusaSlicer or other slicer of your choice. The two STLs should be positioned correctly with respect to each other.
