Cable clip for BMG- with modified teeth distance by nTerBySt

Clip-on cable holder for the hotend cables on an Ender 3 and 3 Pro using a BMG-style dual drive extruder (Trianglelab BMG clone). Requires no screws or changes to the assembly.
Modified version of 4790763. Adjusted the distance of the teeth by 1 mm (the new BMG have thicker walls).
