This is a C270 Logitech mount with "cableless" LED holder for Prusa printer (or similar).
You can mount it on the arm I included in the normal C270 mount. Just us a USB cable or any other nice cable and mount the two cables through the holes in the two LED arms. Make a wire round inside the cones and mount a 35 mm LED festoon (suffitte).
