Make stuffed burgers easily.
Print both files to make all parts, recommended material is HIPS or other food grade filament.
Makes nice size and shape plain burgers too.
Making a Stuffed Burger
Step 1) Using the press flatten enough ground beef To 1/4” thick slightly larger than the press.
Step 2) Cookie cut a top out of the 1/4” thick piece with the cup section. Set aside for use as top later.
Step 3) Press enough burger to completely cover the bottom of the cup with about 3/4” of burger. Use the large side of the press to press it in evenly.
Step 4) With the small side of the press centered in the cup, press until burger is squeezed out at the edges, and the press is level with the lip of the cup.
Step 5) Cut out a piece of cheese using the small end of the press as a pattern. Add filling, I used Provolone cheese and canned mushrooms marinated in Teriyaki Baste & glaze.
Step 6) Place previously cut out top from step 1 on the cup and press to seal your stuffed burger with the large side of the press.
Step 7) Run a knife blade around the outer edge of the cup, invert and shake gently to release the stuffed burger.
Step 8) Pan fry low & slow at least 8 minutes on each side (covering helps cook the edges), or bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
