Bulstrode the Barge

Bulstrode is an old, bad mannered, motorised sea-going barge. He's only happy when he's chugging around with a full load, otherwise he's grumpy and rude. Percy and some Trucks, who were fed up with all his moaning, soon taught him a lesson, and Bulstrode became a 'Special Attraction' at Tidmouth beach. But in recent years, he underwent a character arc and was brought back to Knapford Harbour to help out. Since then, he's been a calmer, kinder and wiser barge who's always willing to help out and join in an adventure. Bulstrode's specific basis is unknown, but is presumed he is based on a 1920s self-propelled coastal barge.
