These are the Project files for making the flat unpressed version of the 24" long Bullnose Mini-Cruiser Skateboard.
Units are all in inches for this one.
Designed to be cut from 1/4" thick baltic birch plywood, With a 3" wide stringer glued down the center on the bottom.
Baltic Birch is available from some specialty stores, but some Ace Hardware or model shops stores stock BB in pieces large enough for this project as well.
Can also be cut from 1/2" baltic birch, but will be a little stiff and heavier than it needs to be.
There is a printable template so you can cut and drill by hand, but also a DXF so it can CNC'd.
