Okay Guys, After doing my successful work on Building Presets by giving some compositions of buildings in one file, I've decided that why shouldn't I post building models in standalone format. Okay Well, So, I'm gonna present a building model here it is..... A simple and Luxury 41 story apartment building made by me, it has 2 elevators and 2 staircases, one staircase has no access to ground level which makes a building entrance from Ground in that space, as this building has another access from the basement which is basically made for car parking. the building has 3 homes on each floor, the exterior is simple but made nicely, see the roof boundaries.
