When the buckle clip to our spa cover broke I found this replacement part:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3732239
which is a really nice piece. The only problem was that one of the anchors was also broken.
What to do but try to learn Fusion360... and after a lot of prototypes I finally settled with this anchor that works for me.
I tried out a few prototypes before I came up with this version that works pretty good for me.
For printing settings it is more or less standard settings in cura I think with 20% infill and 2-3 layers wall thickness.
I use this with PLA for both my buckle clip anchor and the clip and it seems to hold the cover in place even if the wind is about 20 m/s.
