BTT Smart Filament Sensor mount for Tevo. by revnull

This is a remix of @mikey5959 filament sensor support for use with the BTT Smart Filament Sensor. Once printed, remove the bottom cover plate from the sensor and screw the mount in from the bottom. I used 5 M3x12 screws, but I think as short as M3x8 may work.
