While waiting for a carbon fiber frame for my 16mm Fishpepper 1s quad I printed this out to get in the air.
PETG was flyable but a bit heavier and broke a little too easily on a frame this small.
Nylon is the best bet for durability, i didn't break the nylon print of this but stopped using it when the carbon frame arrived. The carbon frame only seemed to save 1.3g over the nylon frame though.
Also i included spacers for mounting 0703 motors to a 1mm CF frame, it kept the screws from contacting the windings. Not necessary for the printed frame though, unless your screws are way, way too long.
