I make a lot of bread and while for the most part they are boule and baguette style loafs which lend themselves well to rough cuts, I recently started making pullman style loafs and it seems that nice uniform slices are needed for a classic sandwich. Or at least that was my excuse to design this collapsible and expandable bread slicing guide.
