Overview
This is a printable box designed to hold one of the sensor breakout boards I designed for my ESP ports of the BrewPi firmware. This box contains the sensor breakout PCB (with attached sensors) allowing you to place the sensors closer to your fermentor (including inside your fermentation chamber if needed).
This box is intended to be used with one of two PCBs:
RJ-45 Sensor Breakout Board: https://PCBs.io/share/zOEWW
RJ-11 Sensor Breakout Board: https://PCBs.io/share/r16lD
Bill of Materials
1x PCB (links above)
5x M3 x 12 Pan Thread Machine Screws
3x M3 3mm Hex Nut
2x M3 Square Nut
1x Small Zip Tie
Assembly
Solder all components onto the PCB
Inser the PCB into the case with the RJ-45/RJ-11 jack sticking out the front, and feed the cables through the back
Insert 3 of the screws through the holes in the back of the case, and thread them through the PCB
Screw the 3x hex nuts onto the screws to secure the PCB to the case
Attach the lid to the top of the case by inserting the tabs into the holes on the case body
Insert the 2x square nuts into the holes on the front of the case body
Screw the remaining 2 screws into the holes on the case top, threading them into the square nuts previously inserted in the case body. Do not overtighten!
