A simple bread lame and stand modelled after Wire Monkey's Arc Lame using standard double-edged razor blades.
To use simply bend a razor blade across its length and snap it between the two bosses of the holder; the curved part of the blade will be facing towards you and away from the holder. Once secured between the bosse, gently push in on the center against the curve of the blade until it snaps rearwards into the holder. The curved part of the blade should now be facing away from you and nestled in the inner curve of the holder.
To remove, carefully pull on the exposed end of the razor blade and slide it out from the holder, being careful not to injure yourself on the sharp end of the blade.
