New upload: 223 & 308 bushings New bushing deigned with wider top flange to keep debris from the bearings
I designed this part to use interchangeable bushings to hold and trim the brass casing back to length after resizing.
The body uses two bearings to freely spin the cutter on the brass driven by a standard hand drill. The best improvement over other designs out there is the adjustable locking shaft collar. To change the cut length of the brass on other designs you have to loosen a set screw and try to slide the cutter further in or out guessing what is the correct length. This design uses an adjustable collar that tightens around the end mill and to adjust the stopping you tighten or loosen the adjusting ring, giving precise infinite adjustments of the cut depth.
The brass is placed in a bushing on the opposite side of the cutter in a removable bushing that can be changed out for other calibers. the bushing and brass spin freely of the cutter body using a large bearing. The bushing locates the brass using the shoulder angle giving precise cuts.
