1x cam (fix them only with a rubber ring. no thread nut required - like in the first video)
2x clams
1x ejector (it's tricky to clean up the 3D printed part. It has to move freely on the threaded rod but without wobbling)
some rubber rings (not too strong)
1x threaded rod (i used a metric M6x120mm)
some thread nuts - maybe with washers
