I liked the '3D Printable Bike Brake' by MikePrintsFood very much. (Find the link on the left hand panel)
However, as I aim to attach it to a special 23.8 'flat' bar (older Brompton handlebar), the current collar doesn't fit. Therefore, I redesigned the collar part, while keeping the remaining section unchanged.
Features:
Embossed '23.8' text feature in the inside of the lever. This will help to avoid users trying to fit it to a regular 22.2 mm handlebar.
Refinements envisioned:
better support for brake lever pivot axle
