Simplified and corrected brachial plexus modifed from simiki showing the C5-T1 nerve roots, upper, middle, and lower trunks, anterior and posterior divisions forming into the medial, lateral, and posterior cords, terminating into the the five major peripheral nerves. The musculocutaneous, median, and ulnar on the anterior side and the radial and axillary posteriorly. To ensure printablity the some nerves have been removed.
