A box key sled rides in your table-saw miter track and holds your completed box or frames at 45ø angle to cut corner keys. Made from 3/4, 1/2, and 1/4 MDF and using Rockler T-Slot Hardware. All hardware is accurate to .001'. The extra Long miter slot bar provides exceptional stability and the moveable fence supports the project in 3 planes. Includes replaceable zero clearance throat plate and blade exit safety guard. The base plate includes a 45ø alignment rebate to insure parallel and perpendicular construction angles and increase glue surface. This also increases the maximum cutting depth. The safety is designed for full depth keys in 3/4' stock, and can be extended towards the operator with shims for longer passes or deeper keys. #box #Jig #Rockler #TSlot #table_saw #woodwork
