I was looking to download a bowden extruder that I could modify to fit my needs, but as usual no original files in solidworks just stl, so here is a quick creation of a good tight fit bowden extruder, .sldprt included.
Steps per mm in marlin 147 steps
you will need
5x m3 x 30mm bolts
2x m3 square nuts
1x 608 bearing
1x 605 bearing
1x MK8 Drive Gear for 1.75mm Filament 3D Printer Extruder Pulley 5mm Shaft.
Item specifics:
Drive Gear Dimension: 11mm (height) x 9mm (outer diameter)
Effective diameter: 7mm
Shaft/Bore size: ø5mm
1x Pneumatic Coupling PC4-M6 - 4mm OD PTFE Tubing - 6mm Thread-remove O ring before fitting
