This fits a 500ml Canadian child resistant alcohol bottle from a drug store or Walmart. Threads are 1"diameter 8 threads per inch with a spot for an O-ring above the threads. Scale size before slicing for slightly different bottle threads in other countries. Intended for dispensing liquid contents without liquid dribbling down the bottle sides.
I printed in vase mode using 0.2mm layers, nozzle 0.4mm, paving width 0.65mm. PETG extrusion temp 225C with the part cooling fan off, and if you want it to stay transparent gradually drop the temp to 215C near the top. 4 grams of plastic which takes 12 minutes to print.
