Fits Bosch Professional FSN and FSN RA rails and it's designed for Stanley by Black & Decker FatMax 114mm (4 1/2") clamp (FMHT0-83231, 3253560832315).
Just unscrew the end part of Stanley and attach this part using same screw and nut.
Replaces FSN KZW (1600A001F8, 3165140755948) or FSN SZW (1600Z0000B, 3165140608084) clamps from Bosch.
