Added a bit more clearance on the DDX rails to give some angle adjustment

Removed the need for the brass insert in place of a M3 nut - I used tweezers to hold the nut inside the DDX unit while putting the M3 bolt through the fan unit as it was easier to tighten

I printed in PLA and 'appears' to be fine but plan to try and reprint in PETG
Included the STEP file in the hopes that others will also develop this :)
