Extruder Body to support BLTOUCH
Removed the sensor top part, because the new BMG comes with the push fit nut on top and I never had a filament sensor.
I've used a TriangleLabs 3DTouch to design this, so if you need a different height between the sensor tip and the nozzle, I've provided the STEP file.
The offset of the BLTOUCH is 30mm on the X Axis.
