Here's a holder for BNC Calibrators for any VNA. You have to make or buy ($big bucks) the Short, Open and Load calibrator. This just keeps them together. They are not connected to one another in any way.
I made a set of BNC calibrators using a video by IMSAI Guy on youtube:

The Load uses tiny surface mount (SMT) resistors (two 100 ohm). If you choose to use two 1/8 watt carbon resistors, the holder is going to have to be thicker to make room in the hole for the larger components. If you have no way of modifying the file, send me a personal message here telling me how much deeper the hole has to be. I'll send you a revised STL.
There are other DIY BNC kit descriptions around. BNC bulkhead connectors like these have 3/8-32 threads which I have molded into the model as it isn't a common tap that anyone is likely to have on hand. It helps to put a tiny drop of silicone dry lubricant on the threads before screwing them it. PLA isn't at all self-lubricating. Once you have one started by hand, and are sure it isn't crossthreaded, mount a male BNC on it and use that for leverage to screw it down until it is fully seated.
As always, I've included the F360 file in case you want to make any mods or adjust the dimensions to match what your printer is capable of.
