This locomotive was rebuilt for the children's railway in Nymburk (Czechoslovakia) in the late fifties. The reconstruction has extended the main frame and the loco got a new fairing inspired by that time produced locomotives ČKD BN 150. The locomotive served under the designation PŽ č.10.
