BMD Micro Converter Mount

Black Magic Designs Micro Converter mount. Has 2 recessed screw holes. This model fits the converter snug. I needed to scale it a mm larger on the X and Z so the converter was a bit looser. We move a converter between two GoPro camera locations often, so I made it easily movable.
