This is my current print head setup for my BLV Cube.
Features:
Orbiter 1.5 mounted on a minimal plate on top of the carriage
NF Crazy mounted in the V6 locker
4010 hotend cooling fan
Dual 4020 fans for cooling (good lord they're loud)
Neopixel 16 LED ring (entirely optional)
Cable routing mast
Main assembly mounts directly to the V6 locker for ease of maintenance
Items reused:
EVA2 cable holder https://github.com/EVA-3D/eva-main/blob/main/stls/cable_holder.stl
HeroMe gen5 fan ducts (I used 4020 standard ducts) https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4460970
Extra BOM:
Heat set inserts, I used 2 different kinds, unfortunately, you'll have to ream out or maybe adjust to use nuts instead if printing this.
M3 screw assortment, nothing longer than 22mm
