Since Ender3 electronics fan is tied to the part cooling fan, this is an attachment to blow air into the electronics compartment to cool down the drivers with a blower fan.
This needs M5 T-nuts and bolts to hold it in place.
I just used a blower fan that works with 12V input, so I added leads to the PSU for it.
With the previous version, I used 35% infill, and broke the top portion while trying to drill out the holes. It still works, but I made the holes bigger to fit M5 T-nut & bolt.
For the lower hole, I used a M3 nut adapter instead of a T-nut. You can use either.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1073567
You might want to use a blower fan cover to stop plastic from falling into the blower fan.https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1829733 is what I used.
I uploaded the openscad file so that you can make this design better and share it back with the community.
