Blower Fan Duct for Wanhao, Flashforge, CTC etc by billkaroly

This is a rehash of Alessandro's http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:795992 Wanhao Duplicator 4/4x Filament Fan Duct. When I printed his version I found the part pushed against the belt. I also decided to make some changes so the parts could be printed without supports.
Lightly sand the parts where they will be glued together.
Print using ABS and not PLA. This is helpful for two reasons. One, the heat of the nozzle will melt the lower portion closest to the heat source and Two, use ABS Juice to glue the parts together.
Print using ABS, .3 Layer and 30% Infill. Build Plate heated to 110. I use a sheet of glass on my build plate and find that hair spray is the perfect medium to ensure parts stay on the glass. I usually put on two coats of hair spray. I'm using Suave Extra Hold.
EDIT: I found the hole for the left screw was not lined up properly and made an adjustment.
