the original MANN&Hummel ProVent100 is too big in my case so I designed an own box, smaller and without blowby-valve but with 6mm connection to control and adjust the pressure into the Crankcase.
Version4 has 8 threaded rods and is a little bit wider, version 5 is maximum narrow and has 4 threaded rods.
Additional you need:
2 x connector 1/4" x 10 mm for blowby inlet and outlet
1 x connector M5 x 5 mm for measuring crankcase preasure (if you like to)
2 x screws M6 with sealing as Oil drain plug
2 x wood-screws M6 for fixing the box into the engine compartment
1 x MANN&Hummel LC7001 and/or own filter 3/4"
4(8) x threaded rod M4 150 mm
8(16) x nuts and washers M4
Dont try the short way by using shot screws to fix the cover directly at the flange on top - this will give too much stress to the layer.
Tighten the cover screws crossover by hand with a nut until the distance between cover and box is rd. about 1,6 - 1,7 mm (check it with feeler gauge)
If you use the MANN&Hummel LC7001, first set the model to Z=-54mm and print rd about 10mm to check, if the filter will fit. If not then adjust X and Y for a perfect fit - tolerance is small!
