Blow out gun silent nozzles 1/8" NPT
This are a few nozzles i came up with after not finding anything fitting my idea.
The two smaller ones are supposed to be silent and the big one is supposed to be a mix of silent and Venturi.

It has to be printed with 100% infill and with the strongest material you have due to the pressure inside!
