It was a bit tough to design in such constraints but Adhesive based Valcro gave an extra advantage to keep the weight as low as possible. I used grabcad print service for any printing errors in the model and resolve the issues.

Model Structure Weight= 4.2g

Further details of the model is mentioned in a presentation along with method statement

1. Forces:
- Elecrtonics 42g = 0,41202N
- Motor thrust 120g = 1,1772N (per motor)
- Wires 25g = 0,24525N
- Battery 47g = 0,46107N
- Payload 250g = 2,4525N
- Motors 26g = 0,25506N
- Main Electronics = 0,20601N + 0,08175N = 0,28776N
- Elecrtonic Speed Controlers (4 pcs.) = 0,20601N + 0,08175N = 0,28776N
- Motors (4 pcs.) = 0,25506N + 0,08175N = 0,33681N
- Motor thrust = 1,1772N (per motor)
- Battery = 0,46107N
- Payload = 2,4525N

2. LC1 - Flying - area of the thrust - fixed (only the wieght of the components)
3. LC2 - Flying - surfaces of payload mounting - fixed - the wieght of components and the full thrust (it's more than just a payload)
4. LC3 - Standing - no payload (250g) and without thrust. On the surface of thrust i had to accept the minimum foce (0,01N), because when i put a zero (0N) simulation failed.

The frame after optimization is a compromise of weight to the possibility of printing.
You can go down with the weight but I'm not sure if it can be printed then or will not break while assembly of the other components.
