Biplane

Modeled after a sketch my best friend's father drew up in the 1950's. While stationed in Japan with the Military, I kit bashed a Phaeton II Bipe to emulate that sketch and the plane flew wonderfully! Would have kept it, but when someone offers you $300 for a 'used' airplane without engine or radio in the early 1990's, you take it!! Been wanting to put it in CAD format so I can build a radio control version for a .40cc gas engine. Now that I have SketchUp, it seems a cool way to learn it while laying it out.. I uploaded what I have so far with hopes for some help getting the very curvy horizontal stabilizer shaded/covered to pull sections out for rib templates. If anyone wants, I'll keep the file updated as I go and if there are any problems with copyright issues, SketchUp legal issues, etc. since I am learning this CAD for my personal hobby use, pleas let me know. Last, I do want to recognize the designer/sketcher of this airplane. Mr 'Cap' Wesche of Thibidaux Louisiana who passed away in the 1970's of cancer.
