Bike Handlebar Mount for Harbor Freight Flashlight

Works with those cheap little flashlights from Harbor Freight that are usually free with a coupon. Requires a #10 pan head screw and nut. This design works with 26 mm standard handlebar diameter, not the oversize handle bars on higher end bikes. The flashlight mount clips around the flashlight and then slides into the mounted handle bar clamp. Light clamp can be removed by prying the little tab down and sliding off.
Print with 1.2 mm wall so that thin wall on clamp is solid, this will make it strong enough to spread out when pried open to go over the handle bar.
