BigTreeTech TFT24 Top Mount Display Case by ashurexm

Remixed from the original top mount display holder to use M3x6x5 embedded nuts for the case bolts and cleaned up various mesh issues I found.
The original version of the backplate had some mesh issues that made it print very weakly, so those have also been addressed.
