I got inspired by the fan duct design by DinkyMods, but wasn't quite happy with it. I wanted both the fan and the mount be fixed by two screws each. Also I did want to block the extruder fans a bit less and have a bit better view towards the nozzles. So I designed my own mount and duct. I declared it as a remix since it is strongly inspired by DinkyMods, but it is an entirely new design. Also it aims to move more air downwards instead of towards the nozzles.
This is a modified version to replace the backside fan.
Do only use the back side version on the backside. Do not switch the fans around. The front side version has extra spacing for the white bearing covers, while the back version avoids collision with the right z-axis rod!
I printed this upwards with only supports touching the build plate in 0.2mm layers with 100% infill.
