This is a very simple clip on mouse cord bungee/clip designed for the Benq XL2420Z 144hz gaming monitor and perhaps others featuring the same plastic bezel and rear casing size. The cable route fits a ~3mm braided mouse cord secured by "stealthed" cable ties.
Has been designed to snap onto the monitor bezel quite securely whilst still sliding along the bezel freely.
The only extra parts required here are 2 x small cable ties to hold the cord in place, which provides enough friction that the amount of cord will remain static whilst still being loose enough to adjust with one hand. Cables ties used have a width of around ~2.4mm on the strap and ~4mm width on the lock part.
