Dear family and friends,
My name is Justin and I am in the process of earning the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. I am also a member of Order of the Arrow, the Boy Scout Honor Society. I have been involved in scouting since first grade. Some of the many skills I have learned through scouting are camping, outdoor care where I am a certified Leave No Trace counselor, and leadership.
My Eagle project is to design, build and install handicapped accessible benches and picnic tables at property in South Park, Colorado that is run by the non-profit group, Trout Unlimited. I would like everyone to have access to the outdoors and be able to participate in outdoor sports without limitation. The picnic table will be wheelchair accessible and the fishing benches equipped with rod holders to help all people enjoy this wonderful piece of property.
My Eagle project is fully approved by my unit, district and council, and I am fundraising right now to secure money to pay for the materials and supplies for my project. I am starting to build in March 2015, with installation slated for June. If YOU would like to help me and donate to my project that would be a huge blessing! You can identify yourself or remain anonymous, and ALL monies are going to my project and beneficiary - my reward is knowing I've made a difference and touched someone's life in a positive way, helping them enjoy the outdoors without limitations.
