Designed by Julian Evans From: Chichester, United Kingdom Shelter location: United Kingdom Date Accepted: August 27, 2009 The shelter was designed for West Wittering Beach, Sussex, which is local to our office. The design takes its inspiration from marine technologies and uses boat building techniques to construct the main body. The timber front of the shelter folds down to create an area for sunbathing. A canvas canopy made structural with flexible tent poles provides shade. Inside there is a fold down table plus bench with internal storage.
