I got some oversized batteries for cheap from Radio Shack clearance. They were twice the size of the former dead batteries in the upses, so I hacked a hole into the back of the UPS case. I mean that I ripped an opening using pliers. :D This cover will hide the damage and make the cases look nice again. :D
I also added some cooling vents because it seemed like these the ups gets a little warm on one corner.
The openscad file is included for you to modify for your own needs. I made the mistake of printing the holddown oversized, when it should be printed as is. It will go on a little tight the first time, but that will just allow it to press in for a sung fit once the holddown is screwed into place.
The screw holes broke right off when I tried to use it, so I made a holddown that goes on over the cover and holds it down to the case with screw holes that fit.
