This battery organizer is designed to hold Fujifilm NP-95 batteries. The tolerances are designed to hold the original batteries and various third party batteries with slightly different (thicker) wrapping.
The big hole in the back is used to push them out and the tiny edge on the front keeps the battery from falling out.
They are not meant to act as a dust cover, but a way to organize the batteries nicely and to seperate empty batteries from fully charged ones.
Printing should be easy. I got good and consistent results on an Original Prusa i3 MKII with the following setup:
Sliced in Simplify3D
Printed standing upright with the back on the print bed
PLA
0.4mm nozzle
2 Shells
0.2mm resolution
Zero infill to make them flexible, but you can experiment with that
5 Top and bottom layers (stiffens the front and back)
