I just cleaned my room and it looked sooooo empty afterwards. During my online class, my teacher made me partner up with this dude to do some math, when we were done and handed in the math, he said he was gonna shoot some hoops in his room, he had one of those nets that hangs from the top of the door, I asked him how much he got that for and he said about $35, I thought it would be a cool thing to have in my room, but I realized that because of the spread of COVID-19 my parents won't let me go ANYWHERE. So that gave me the idea of 3D printing, so I started designing.
The backboard should have a clip and it should snap on to the hanger, same thing for the rim
I have also added a ton of stl files with logos for the backboard if you are a fan of a basketball team.
My friend got this from Canadian Tire for $35, due to this new virus, it would be safer to stay home and print this thing for a cost of at about $7, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!
For maximun performance, I stuck some black tape between the wall and the backboard
You can dunk on this, reverse dunk, make 3 pointers with it, almost anything in the NBA!
Wouldn't it be nice to wake up in the morning and shoot some hoops?
