Barstool C5 Descrição A banqueta foi inspirada pela arquitetura americana da década de 1950, em particular a chamada arquitetura Googie. Ela costumava usar formas parabólicas e aqueles que representam a velocidade e rapidez. Crítico de arquitetura Douglas Haskell observou que os edifícios devem parecem desafiar a gravidade, '... sempre que possível, o edifício deve cair do céu'. Em C5 um assento de metal é um elemento central, e parecia descer do céu, repousando sobre pernas de madeira. Description: The barstool was inspired by American architecture of the 1950s, in particular the so-called Googie architecture. It used parabolic shape and those that represent the speed and swiftness. Architecture critic Douglas Haskell noted that the buildings must appear to defy gravity, '...whenever possible, the building must hang from the sky'. In C5 a metal seat is a central element, and it seemed to descend from the sky, resting on wooden legs.
