Ball Ratchet

Part 2 of my quest to build a 3D printed, compact gear ratchet for a spring driven car.
There are top and bottom halves of the outer gear that snap together, with an inner spline-driven ratchet.
Version 3: This works pretty well (lowest rolling resistance so far) but is nearly impossible to assemble. It can be assembled with 3 instead of 6 ball bearings and it functions reasonably well.
Version 2: It works, but it's pretty loud and hard to ratchet forward. The locking strength is great.
