Hi,
This is my custom balance bike for my son. The rims, seatpost and saddle are from a puky balance bike. The tubes are Glassfiber tubes or GFK. Measurements and length can be found in the description as well as the shop, where I got them. The whole bike weights around 4.5 kg. Feel free to print it yourself or get some inspirations for your own custom balance bike. All tubes, where first painted and then glued together with Epoxy. The seatstays and chainstays can be shortened for a shorter back end. Everything is printed in Prusament PETG with 20% Infill, only the bar ends where printed in TPU. I also included some photos of my preferred printing orientation of some parts.
