This is a stronger backlash reducer for the Delta 3D printers using 6mm rods and ball joints.
This backlash reducer reduces the play in the ball joint by gently forcing them together.
It's a hinged mechanism that is finally screwed togeter to get a very solid connection and no risk of spring/rubber band to slip off.
Things needed:
6 pcs Backlash Reducers
6 pcs M3x8 screw (or M3x10 or M3x12)
6 pcs M3 lock nut
3 pcs spring or rubbed band of appropriate size.
These can be mounted in 2 ways:
Center on the rods.
At the end of the rods (needs 2X the number of parts, but will be more gentle on the rod ends)
[No-Hinge Version]
Added a new version called "Backlash_Adapter_2_2-14_No_Hinge.STL" that does not use a hinge, this will be useful if your printer has too much oozing or similar issues.
