Inspired by Fostex P1000-BH - Back-loaded Horn Enclosure Box with 270Hz tuning frequency. I get excellent audio with these without a subwoofer but this will of course depend on which amplifier you are using. I'm using a homemade one based on TPA3123 outputting around 16-20 W per speaker.
Designed to be used with:
Visaton FR 10 HM 4" loudspeakers
Speaker terminal panel
34xM4 and 2xM3 Thread insets for each speaker. M3 for terminal panel, M4 for rest. Holes are too large to be used without insets!
How i printed this:
I expanded my printing area in Cura to 240 mm.
The parts between side-panels should be printed laying on their side. Some parts may be rotated diagonally to fit. I used 10% infill for these.
20% infill for side-panels.
0.6 mm nozzle, 0.28 layer-height.
Support with 0.4 mm XY-distance for screw-cavities in side-panels.
