When my wife and I moved the tub from the walls to the tub floor (as our little one got bigger), we came across an issue with our baby tub (Amazon Link - https://www.amazon.com/First-Years-Comfort-Newborn-Toddler/dp/B000067EH7) where the water wouldn't drain or would just take forever to drain because of the extremely low clearance (see with and without pictures above) between the baby tub and the full size tub floor. I threw this design together in a few minutes to help with the issue and now the tub drains much faster.
The hole in the middle is sized to fit the leg pads, but it's more for drainage so there isn't any water that can pool up and cause nasty things to grow. It probably could use a slight angle on the bottom to match the baby tub angle, but it works fine without.
The design is also parametric (Fusion 360 file attached) so if you are so inclined to adapt it to another similar tub (or purpose), feel free.
